We make a cauliflower crust in the 14-inch medium size with up to four toppings — it's prepared in the same kitchen as our wheat dough, so it isn't certified gluten-free. For vegetarians there's the Veggie Jackson, the Mediterranean with feta and kalamata olives, the Caprese salad, and a create-your-own pizza with any combination you want.
